HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

All orders are promised to be processed & shipped within 1-3 Business Days via USPS. (Remember? We are Amazing...not Amazon.) We will do our best to get your order out to you ASAP! But please allow an extra 3-5 days around holidays, sales, and crazy upstate NY weather! You will receive an order confirmation email, followed by a shipping confirmation, with tracking number when your goodies are on their way! 

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER SAYS DELIVERED, BUT I DIDN'T RECEIVE MY PACKAGE?

Please contact your local USPS. Give them your tracking number and ask them to GPS locate your order.
