3. We’ll review it and email you a store credit offer.
   
4. If you approve, we’ll send a prepaid return label.
   
5. Once your return package is scanned by the carrier, your store credit is added instantly.
   

DIA ReFresh is our sustainable exchange program. If your DIA bracelets have faded but are still in good condition, you can send us a photo and receive a personalized store credit offer. Once approved and returned, your piece will be responsibly recycled and you’ll receive credit toward something new.

All approved DIA ReFresh pieces are responsibly recycled. Materials are processed so they can live on in a more sustainable way.

You’ll receive your store credit the moment your return shipment is scanned by the carrier — no waiting for processing.

Your credit will be emailed to you and applied to your Emerson & Oliver customer account.

To be eligible:

• The bracelets must be an authentic DIA piece.
  
• They must be structurally intact (no broken pieces or missing components).
  
• They may be faded or worn, but still in good overall condition.
  

Pieces that are severely damaged, altered, or not originally purchased from DIA are not eligible.

All DIA ReFresh submissions are reviewed using the information provided in your exchange form.

We’ll use your name, email, and any order details to verify your bracelets against our records.

Including proof of purchase — such as an order number or confirmation email — may allow us to offer a higher store credit amount.

No receipt? No problem. We’ll still carefully review your piece. You may still qualify for store credit, though offers may vary based on condition and our ability to verify authenticity.
