RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We proudly stand behind our craftsmanship.
Every Emerson & Oliver product comes with a 1-year warranty covering any manufacturing defects. If an issue arises within that time, we’ll repair or replace your piece to ensure you continue to enjoy it for years to come. If we are unable to repair or replace the item, a refund will be issued.

You may return or exchange any items within 30 days of purchase, with the exception of CLEARANCE / FINAL SALE. After 30 days a store credit may be applied.

For all return or exchange requests, please visit your order page and select the specific order or items you would like to return. Once you've submitted your request, we will be in touch shortly with further instructions.

If you have lost your jewelry we cannot initiate a return, exchange, or replacement 

Refunds will be created in a timely manner, but may take up to 10 days via your Credit Card Company/Bank/PayPal/AfterPay to appear back in your account.

Shipping & Handling is non-refundable.

 

POPPED DIA BRACELETS

If your DIA bracelets have popped open, you may simply twist them back together by back spinning one end, clicking together, and twisting. Please contact us for further instructions on this!
