WHAT DOES DIA MEAN?

Dia (DEE-ya) is the Greek word for “through”. We believe that you do not “get over” things in this life, you go through them.

WHAT ARE DIA BRACELETS?
  • Dia are delicate stainless steel springs. NOT guitar strings. NOT piano wire.
  • There's no jingle-jangle, no clinking, they are stealthy and almost weightless, but are impactful.
  • Dia bracelets are available in 5 Metallics, our original Stainless Steel Dia and plated metallic colors: matte black, rose gold, gold, sterling.
  • What attracts people to Dia bracelets is the way they move on your wrist, almost as though they are a part of you.
  • Your Dia will silently swing back and forth, glide across a tabletop, move in and out of water, and go from day to night seamlessly.
HOW DO I CARE FOR MY DIA BRACELETS?

Dia Bracelets are SPRINGS, so they will stretch to an extent. GENTLY roll your Dia on and off so they do not lose their shape. DO NOT pull or yank! You can wear your Dia all the time. So leave them on!!! The Stainless Steel Dia will not tarnish or rust; are pool, ocean, shower and exercise safe. **Metallics are plated top of the Stainless Steel, so treat them as plated jewelry. The Sterling, Rose Gold, Gold & Matte Black Dia are plated, so although they will not rust, they will fade with wear and water or oils from your skin may affect their color... So we do suggest being a bit more careful with these guys!

Our only warning is that they will heat up! If you are a baker, make sure your oven-mitt covers them!

WILL MY DIA BRACELETS PULL MY ARM HAIR?

Your Dia will NOT pull your arm hair! Dia Bracelets have been designed so they are soft and smooth against your skin.

HOW DO THE DIA CHARMS GET ON MY DIA BRACELETS?

Your Dia charms come already strung on Dia bracelets!

We employ stay at home parents to assemble our charms!
All charm sets are 3 bracelets total: 1 charmed Dia accompanied by 2 plain DIA / a charm strung on 3 bracelets (NY) / 3 Dia bracelets with 1 charm on each (Stacks & Cut-Outs).
**You do not add them yourself, doing so voids our return & replacement policy.**

HOW MANY DIA BRACELETS COME IN A SET?

All Dia Charms are mini-sets of 3 Stainless Steel Dia bracelets.
All Dia Metallics are available in full sets of 25 or mini-sets of 5. Mixed Metals, Sterling, Gold & Stainless Steel Dia are available in sets of 50.

WHAT SIZES ARE THE DIA BRACELETS?
  • Stainless Steel Dia Sets are available in 7", 7½", and 8¼".
  • Metallics Dia are available in 7", 7 ½" & 8¼".
  • All charms are on size 7" Dia bracelets, Core are also available in 7", 7½" & 8¼"!
  • Please refer to our Find Your Bracelet Size page for the best fit for your wrist.
HOW DO DISCOUNT CODES WORK?

You may use 1 discount code per order.


Freshie Subscriptions

Dia® Metallics:

  • Available ONLY within the continental USA.
  • You must create an account to subscribe and adjust your orders.
  • You can select the interval lengths at which you'd like to receive your Freshie Subscription.
  • You must select at least one. The recurring intervals are available: Weekly, Biweekly, Monthly or Bimonthly.
  • You can select a specific day to be charged or you can be charged on the anniversary of your purchase date.
  • Freshie Subscription is purchasable exclusively as a Subscription and NOT a one time purchase.
  • There is a 2 order subscription length requirement. You may swap the product colors you are subscribed to mid-subscription after your first 2 orders have shipped.
  • Customers can cancel at any time after 2 orders have been charged & fulfilled.
  • NO additional discounts can be applied to this subscription. (i.e. Coupon codes, sales, quantity breaks, wholesale pricing, etc...)

Dia® Charm of the Month Club:

  • Available ONLY within the continental USA.
  • You must create an account to subscribe and adjust your orders.
  • Charm Subscription is sent 1x per month. 
  • You. will receive the charm of  the month that you sign up for. If you sign up today, you will be charged today & receive this months charm.
  • You will then be charged on the 1st of the month no matter your purchase date moving forward.
  • Charm of the Month Subscription is purchasable exclusively as a Subscription and NOT a one time purchase.
  • There is a 2 order minimum subscription length requirement. 
  • Customers can cancel at any time after 2 orders have been charged & fulfilled.

Due to the current world situation all aspects of our business have been affected. From customer service hours to shipping & receiving, please expect delays. We have dedicated team members available to help our lovely and patient customers. So, please remember to be kind.

SAFETY

To assist the efforts underway to slow the spread of the coronavirus, our focus remains on supporting the health and livelihood of our employees, while caring for our customers and communities. Although we are still a small business and most of our employees work from home, we have increased the frequency of regularly scheduled cleanings and sanitization efforts in our Shipping & Receiving Facility. All our employees are taking precautionary health measures, including daily health screenings, frequent hand-washing, social distancing, working from home, and pausing all non-essential work travel.

WHAT ARE YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE HOURS?

Our customer service hours are Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm EST. We are available via email at popgoesthedia@emersonandoliver.com.

Please allow 24-48 hours during non business hours for a reply.

If you'd prefer to speak to a representative, or receive a call back, you can call 585.727.0945 during business hours or leave a message after hours and we will return your call within 24-48 hours.

HOW TO I CHANGE, CANCEL OR MODIFY MY ORDER INFORMATION?

Order modifications and changes can be a bit tricky! But we will do our best to make adjustments before your order is packed and shipped.

HOW DO RETURNS WORK?

If for any reason, you do not feel that your purchase has lived up to your expectations, please contact our customer care team with a friendly email at: popgoesthedia@emersonandoliver.com.

You may return or exchange your item (with the exception of CLEARANCE / FINAL SALE items) within 90 days of purchase.

Refunds will be created ASAP, but may take 7-14 days via your Credit Card Company/Bank/PayPal/AfterPay to appear back in your account.

S&H is non-refundable.

Purposeful un-twisting of your bracelets does not fall under our return policy. If your bracelets have been forcibly untwisted, we cannot initiate a return or exchange.

If you have lost your bracelets or charms we cannot initiate a return or exchange. We can only accept returns or exchanges for actual physical products.

If your bracelets have popped open, you may simply twist them back together by back spinning one end, clicking together, and twisting.


Shipping Info

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

All orders are promised to be processed & shipped within 3-5 Business Days via USPS, UPS or DHL. We will do our best to get your order packaged and shipped out to you ASAP! All orders ship from our headquarters in Rochester, NY.

Due to our current world situation regarding COVID-19 all shipping (international and domestic) are experiencing delays. You will receive an order confirmation email, followed by a shipping confirmation, with tracking number when your goodies are on their way!

Once your order has been shipped & is in the carriers hands, we do expect delays on shipping, delivery and arrival dates. USPS has averaged 3-7 days. International shipping is experiencing delays as long as 6 weeks.

FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $75*... what does the * mean? Free shipping on orders over $75 applies within the continental US and does not apply to any promotional shipping offers. International Shipping rates do still apply.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

We do ship internationally. At the moment, because of new regulations in the UK, we have suspended shipping to the UK for the time being.  Due to our current world situation regarding COVID-19 all shipping (international and domestic) are experiencing delays and some countries have suspended shipping we reserve the right to cancel orders made from countries that we are unable to ship to during this time.

We ARE once again able to ship to countries within the EU! 

WHAT SHIPPING DUTY, FEE'S OR TAXES AM I RESPONSIBLE FOR?

Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs, including international custom duties, VATs &/or import taxes. Every country has its own laws and regulations. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. You will be responsible for those additional costs, if it may occur. All customs forms will be labeled "merchandise" and show the actual price paid. Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. Emerson & Oliver is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices. Contact your local customs office for details. S&H is non-refundable on any refused orders.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER SAYS DELIVERED, BUT I DIDN'T RECEIVE MY PACKAGE?

Please first contact your local USPS or the shipping provider used. Give them your tracking number and ask them to GPS locate your order.

All information provided to Emerson & Oliver is kept in strict confidence. We never give or sell any information to anyone, for any reason, no matter what. (Because, nobody likes that!) We use SSL (Secure Socket Layering) technology to protect your information as it travels far and wide over the internet. Your name and credit card information is always encrypted when ordering. We use Shopify as our credit card processor, the leader in online commerce security.

GDPR

Under the GDPR, (General Data Protection Regulation, which serves to improve transparency and data privacy rights for resident European citizens), you have the right to delete your customer data.
